Requirements：

1. He/she is responsible for reviewing designing estimation, budget for the drawing and calculation of quantity; 
2. He/she should get hold of and be familiar with constitution and calculation method of set quota and charging standards including rules for the country, the region and the industry (ornamentation and decoration) 
3. He/she is responsible for formulating construction budget based on constitution of budget for construction drawing, charging standard, calculation method and compilation procedures; 
4. He/she is responsible for assisting related departments with auditing, formulating settlement and final settlement o completion upon completion; 
5. He/she should timely and accurately get hold of work amount incurred due to designing alteration during the construction process and adjust materials for project settlement; 
6. He/she should get hold of and dig into marketing status and carry out constant enquiry assignment as regards equipment, materials and price for semi-finished products used in the project.
